The application for exhibition booths at the 137th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) is now underway. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
I. Exhibition Time and Format
The 137th Canton Fair is scheduled to open on April 15, 2025, with offline exhibitions held in three phases, including:
Phase 1: April 15-19, 2025
Phase 2: April 23-27, 2025
Phase 3: May 1-5, 2025
II. Exhibition Content
There are a total of 55 exhibition areas set up. Enterprises interested in exhibiting in the third phase of the rural revitalization characteristic product exhibition area can apply in the corresponding professional exhibition area according to their product categories. The corresponding exhibition areas for each exhibition period are detailed in Annex 1, and the scope of exhibits for each exhibition area is detailed in Annex 2.
III. Application Start and End Time
Brand booth confirmation application: From now until November 20th.
General booth application: From now until November 30th.
IV. Booth Application Process
The export exhibition booths at the Canton Fair are divided into brand booths and general booths. Please log in to the “Exhibition EasyExpress” system at the Canton Fair( https://exhibitor.cantonfair.org.cn/ )Register, confirm company and exhibit information, and submit exhibition application. After completing the registration application for the “Exhibitor” system, please contact your affiliated trading group (see Attachment 3 for the contact information of the trading group) to handle subsequent related matters.
(1) Brand Booth
Brand Booth Confirmation: The 137th Canton Fair will only adjust and arrange brand booths that enterprises voluntarily apply to return or are withdrawn by the conference. Please confirm the number of brand booths for the 137th Canton Fair based on the corresponding exhibition area of the brand booth (path: Booth Application – My Booth Application – Brand Booth Confirmation Application). After confirmation, please print out the exhibition application form, sign and stamp it with the official seal, and report it to the affiliated trading group. Once confirmed, it will officially take effect. If you confirm the return of all or part of the brand booth, please submit a written application for booth return stamped with the official seal (automatically generated by the system when confirming the application) to your affiliated trading group. Failure to confirm within the deadline shall be deemed as abandonment. If you need to increase your booth, please apply for a general booth in the corresponding exhibition area. At that time, priority will be given to the arrangement of brand booth adhesion general booths.
Application for Dynamic Adjustment of Brand Booth: According to the dynamic adjustment mechanism of brand booths at the Canton Fair, non brand booth exhibitors can submit, supplement or update their brand booth application materials in writing to their affiliated trading groups at any time. Interested companies are requested to fill out an application form and stamp it with their official seal according to the evaluation guidelines and application precautions, and send it along with all paper materials to their respective trading groups (related document path: Canton Fair official website homepage – Exhibitors – Exhibition Guidelines – Brand Booth Evaluation Application Guidelines). After the preliminary review of the application materials by the trading group according to relevant requirements, the qualified enterprises will be filled in the trading group preliminary review recommendation form (path: Network Management Service System – Exhibition Management – Common Documents) and stamped with the official seal, and the enterprise materials will be sent to the relevant business association.
The scope of enterprises participating in the dynamic evaluation of the 137th Canton Fair is: enterprises whose application materials have been pre approved by the trading group and sent to the corresponding business association before November 8th (subject to the sending time).
(2) General Booth
Interested companies are requested to fill in the corresponding exhibition area booth application information online according to the exhibit catalog (path: Booth Application – My Booth Application – General Booth Application). After completing the information filling, please print out the exhibition application form, sign and stamp it with the official seal, and submit it together with the materials required by the affiliated trading group. After that, the exhibition application will officially take effect. The Canton Fair prohibits illegal and irregular enterprises and exhibits from participating during the punishment period. Please be sure to read the qualification standards for participating in the Canton Fair export exhibition (see Annex 4 for details).
According to the “Management Measures for Joint Venture Participation in China Import and Export Fair”, if there is a need for joint venture participation and it meets the qualification requirements for joint venture participation, it is necessary to submit the application information of joint venture enterprises (limited to enterprises that apply for three or more booths in the corresponding exhibition area), and upload third-party proof materials that confirm the joint supply relationship between the two parties simultaneously. After the booth location (booth number) is announced, the enterprise must complete the confirmation of the joint venture within the specified time, and the joint venture exhibitors will take effect.
V. Precautions
(1) Please fill in the relevant information in detail and truthfully according to the system prompts. If you encounter any problems during the application process, you can refer to the “Exhibitors – Exhibition Guidelines – Exhibition Application” section on the official website of the Canton Fair, the “Notice and Announcement Board” on the homepage of the “Exhibitor” system, or contact the Canton Fair Customer Contact Center (4000-888-999) for assistance.
(2) Exhibits registered during the application process in the “Exhibition Easy Jietong” system will not be displayed on the official website of the Canton Fair. To maintain the exhibition information displayed on the official website of the Canton Fair, please log in to the “Cloud Exhibition Hall Management” system on the Canton Fair official website after obtaining the online exhibition qualification to perform relevant operations.
(3) If applying for specialized zoning of exhibition areas, it is necessary to truthfully declare the corresponding exhibition area based on the main category of exhibits (accounting for more than 60% of the company’s exhibits), in order to facilitate buyers to accurately find the target booth and improve exhibition effectiveness.
(4) The export exhibition of the Canton Fair implements a restriction mechanism for returning exhibition booths. Specifically, if a booth is returned before (including) the second day after the deadline for pre positioning all enterprise booth positions in the exhibition area, no booth fee will be charged for the returned booth; If the booth is returned from the second day after the deadline for pre positioning all enterprise booth positions in the exhibition area to the day before the opening (inclusive), half of the booth fee will be charged for the returned booth; Those who withdraw their booth after the opening will be charged a full booth fee.
(5) The online platform maintains normal operation, and enterprises can apply for online exhibitions, purchase packages, etc. at any time through the online platform’s cloud exhibition hall management system( https://www.cantonfair.org.cn/ )Completed. If you have any questions, you can go to the “Help Center” on the official website of the Canton Fair (click on the “Help Center” icon on the floating bar on the right side of the homepage of the Canton Fair official website to enter) for specific operation instructions.
VI. Special Notice
(1) The effective application for online exhibition by enterprises does not mean that they have obtained the qualification to participate. The arrangement of enterprises and booths will be determined according to the relevant methods for arranging booths for export exhibitions at the Canton Fair. The arrangement results will be subject to the final announcement of the booth number or the notification of the affiliated trading group by “Exhibition Easy Jietong”.
(2) “Exhibitor” is the only official channel for applying for participation in the Canton Fair. For matters related to exhibition application, please contact your affiliated trading group first. All exhibition matters must be handled through the affiliated trading group. The Canton Fair Export Exhibition does not entrust any unit or individual other than the trading group to act as an agent for any exhibition application, arrangement, or other matters. Please be vigilant and beware of being deceived.
