The Canton Fair was founded in 1957 and is held twice a year in Guangzhou in spring and autumn. It is currently the largest comprehensive international trade event in China, with the the longest history, the widest variety of goods, the largest number and the widest distribution of countries and regions of buyers attending. It also has the best transaction results and the best reputation. The 137th Canton Fair offline exhibition will be held in three phases, and eligible domestic buyers can apply for offline participation from today onwards.
中国进出口商品交易会，又称广交会，创办于1957年，每年春秋两届在广州举办，是中国目前历史最长、规模最大、商品种类最全、到会采购商最多且分布国别地区最广、成交效果最好、信誉最佳的综合性国际贸易盛会。第137届广交会线下展将分为三期举办，符合条件的境内采购商即日起可申请线下参会。
Exhibition Time
The offline exhibition has 13 sections and 55 exhibition areas in total, with the following section settings for each phase:
Phase I: April 15th to 19th
Category: Consumer Electronics and Information Products, Household electrical appliances, Spare parts, Lighting Equipment, Electronic and electrical products, Hardware, Tools.
Phase II: April 23rd to 27th
Category: General ceramics, Household items, Kitchenware & tableware, Weaving, rattan and iron products, Gardening products, Home decorations, Festival products, Gifts and premiums, Glass artware, Art ceramics, Clocks, watches & optical instruments, Building and decorative materials, Sanitary and bathroom equipment, Furniture.
Phase III: May 1st to May 5th
Category: Home textiles, Carpets & tapestries, Men and women’s clothing, Underwear, Sports and casual wear, Furs, leather, downs & related products, Fashion accessories and fittings, Textile raw materials & fabrics, Shoes, Cases and bags, Food, Sports, travel and recreation products, Medicines, Health Products and Medical Devices, Pet Products & Food, Toiletries, Personal care products, Office supplies, Toys, Kids’ wear, Children, Baby & Maternity Products.

Application Process
In order to effectively serve all cooperative partners of HC Group, we now invite eligible member enterprises who are interested in visiting the Canton Fair and negotiating procurement to scan the QR code below to make application and pre-registration. After we approves the application, we will send an “exclusive invitation code” for you to register on the official website.
申报流程
为切实服务慧聪集团各会员单位、合作伙伴，现邀请符合条件、有意成为前往广交会进行参观及洽谈采购的会员企业扫码进行申请预报名，后台工作人员审核通过后发送“专属邀请码”即可进行注册。
Application Time
The entrance for domestic buyers to apply for certificates has now officially opened, and the certificate application deadline will be 24:00 on April 10th (since the number of certificate application quotas is limited, if the vacancies have been filled by April 10th, the entrance will be closed in advance).
申报时间
境内采购商证件申请入口现已正式开放，并将于4月10日24时截止证件申请（办证名额有限，如4月10日前名额已满，将提前关闭办证申请入口）。
Application Materials
(To be submitted online on the certification platform)
1. Invitation code
2. Clear pictures on both sides of personal ID card
(Applicants must be at least 18 years old by April15th, 2025, and the age will be verified by the certification system.)
3. The recent identification photo without a hat (white or blue background)
4. Enterprise business license (take photos and upload the original or copy)
5. Application Form for the 137th Canton Fair, confirmed by the inviting party’s seal (template provided after approval)
6. Proof of attendance confirmed by the company’s stamp (template provided after approval)

2.本人身份证正反面清晰图片
（申请人需在2025年4月15日时年满18岁，办证系统将对年龄进行核验。）
3.本人免冠近期证件照（白底或蓝底）
4.企业营业执照（原件或复印件拍照上传）
5.经由邀请方盖章确认的第136届广交会参会申请表（审核通过后提供模板）
6.所在企业盖章确认的派员参会证明（审核通过后提供模板）
