1.Chinese Staff of Overseas Enterprises and on-governmental organizations’ representative offices in China
(1) Application Period: March 1st – 31st
(2) Application Process:
Step 1: Create or Join a Representative Office
Create a new representative office or join an existing one in the system. When creating a representative office, you must submit the following documents:
- Registration certificate of the representative office
- Identification of the chief representative (Mainland China ID card, Home Return Permit for Hong Kong and Macau residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan residents, or foreign passport)
- Income and Expenditure Report audited by a certified accounting firm
Note: Representative office information will be reviewed every two sessions.
You may choose whether to upload the annual report of the representative office approved by the relevant government authority:
- Selecting “No” means that you will not be allowed to upload it later for this session and will only be eligible for free passes.
- Selecting “Yes” and upon approval by the Canton Fair means that you will be eligible for both free and paid passes.
- Important: Starting from this session, all representative offices must upload an income and expenditure report prepared by a certified accounting firm. The information of every representative office will undergo a new review.
Step 2: Apply for Badges
When applying for badges, representative office staff must submit the following documents:
- ID card
- Representative certificate or work certificate issued by the representative office (must be stamped by the office or signed by the chief representative)
- Personal ID photo
- Business card
Note: All information will be reviewed each session.
Each representative office is eligible for 4 free badges, which are valid for the entire session. The Canton Fair will produce the badges in advance and provide free mailing services.
The allocation of paid badge quotas will be based on the number of staff members listed in the representative office’s annual report. The specific allocation rules are as follows:

The cost of a paid badge is 300 RMB per day plus a 50 RMB processing fee. After submitting an application, applicants can choose to pay online or make an offline payment at the Canton Fair on-site registration counters starting from April 12.
Once the payment is completed, applicants can collect their badge at the on-site registration counter by presenting their application QR code or original ID. Cross-session badge collection is allowed.
Refund policy:
- Badges that have been used for entry are non-refundable
- Unused badges are eligible for a refund:
- For online payments, refund applications must be submitted online by June 5
- For offline payments, refund applications must be submitted at the Canton Fair on-site registration counter by May 5
2.Chinese Accompanying Personnel of Overseas Buyers
(1) Application Period: March 1st to May 5th
(2) Application Process:
- Applicants must submit a ID photo and badge photo in the system for record-keeping and pre-bind with the overseas buyer they are accompanying.
- Once pre-binding is successful, both the applicant and the pre-bound overseas buyer must visit the Canton Fair on-site registration counter together, where staff will verify their identities.
- Once verification is completed, the applicant can proceed with badge issuance. Each overseas buyer is allowed a maximum of two accompanying personnel per session to apply for a Buyer Representative Badge.
The badge fee is 300 RMB per day plus a 50 RMB processing fee. Applicants can choose to pay online or offline. After payment, they can collect the badge at the on-site registration counter by presenting their application QR code or original ID. Cross-session badge collection is allowed.
