On February 13, the 137th Canton Fair Doha Symposium was successfully held, with approximately 30 participants including representatives from local business organizations, enterprises, and media.
At the symposium, Ma Fengmin, Deputy Director of the China Foreign Trade Centre, stated that the 137th Canton Fair will open on April 15 in Guangzhou. This edition of the Canton Fair will feature numerous highlights and be full of innovations. He sincerely invited Qatari companies to actively participate in the fair, explore business opportunities, and jointly promote the development of economic and trade cooperation between China and Qatar.

Wu Yi, Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Qatar; Ali, Executive Director General of the Qatar Chamber of Commerce; Zhang Wei, President of the Bank of China Qatar Branch; as well as representatives from buyers and exhibitors attended the symposium and delivered speeches.
During the promotion event in Qatar, the working group also visited and conducted research at several local enterprises, including QIMC (an industrial manufacturing company), Nabina (a home furnishing retail chain), Blue Salon (a high-end department store), and the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center.
