On January 9, 2025, China Foreign Trade Centre held the summary and exchange meeting of the “Trade Bridge” supply and procurement matchmaking activity at the Canton Fair Complex. Guangzhou Build Silk Road Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Build Silk Road, hereinafter referred to as “BSR”), as one of the first batch of partners, was invited to attend the meeting and officially renewed its contract with the Canton Fair, becoming the partner of the “Trade Bridge” project in 2025.

The Canton Fair was founded in 1957, jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the People’s Government of Guangdong Province and organized by China Foreign Trade Centre. It is the largest comprehensive international trade event in China and has always been an important platform connecting domestic and foreign markets. Exhibitors can efficiently get to know global customers through the Canton Fair, and purchasers can find reliable trading partners through the Canton Fair. The “Trade Bridge” partnership program is an important measure launched by the Canton Fair, aiming to better play the role of the Canton Fair as a trade promotion platform, serve the stability and quality improvement of the national foreign trade, support local opening up and economic development, help enterprises capture orders and expand the market, implement the spirit of President Xi Jinping’s important congratulatory letter and Premier Li Qiang’s instructions and requirements, and create a “never-ending” Canton Fair. All partners, together with the Canton Fair, have held more than 700 “Trade Bridge” trade promotion series activities in four activity forms, namely “screen to screen”, “face to face”, “face to screen” and “screen first and then face”, building an important bridge for purchasers and achieving positive results and being well received by all parties. In 2024, BSR joined hands with “Trade Bridge” and became a partner, and actively participated in and undertook special events such as textile and clothing and auto parts.

At the event site, Su Bin, Deputy Secretary-General of the Canton Fair and Deputy Director of the Foreign Trade Centre, delivered a speech. He pointed out that the Canton Fair is an important window for China’s opening up and an important platform for foreign trade. The 137th Canton Fair will be further optimized in terms of subject structure, exhibitors and exhibits, supporting activities and participation services, and the Canton Fair APP will also be more perfect. He pointed out that the APP highly conforms to the characteristics of the mobile Internet era and is an important milestone in the construction of the Canton Fair’s online platform. He hoped that the vast number of purchasers would download and use it to carry out matchmaking and achieve trade cooperation.
BSR specially established the “Trade Bridge” project team of the Canton Fair, carefully divided the work, understood the supply and demand in detail and provided full-process services. The team carefully planned and implemented a series of promotion activities for the markets of the “Belt and Road” countries. By organizing online supply and demand matchmaking meetings, it focused on displaying the relevant product information and channel policies of domestic enterprises, accelerating the entry of Chinese products into overseas markets and helping enterprises to deeply understand the needs and development trends of emerging markets.
In the speech session of the cooperation representatives, BSR, as the first batch of cooperation institutions actively participating in the Trade Bridge, and Guo Xihong, the chairman, as the first institutional representative, said: The renewal of the “Trade Bridge” project in 2025 is the affirmation and encouragement of BSR by the Canton Fair, China Foreign Trade Centre and the vast number of partners. He said that the company is very honored to become the first batch of partners of the “Trade Bridge” of the Canton Fair. Since officially signing the contract to become a partner: through telephone, email and brochures to publicize and invite members or potential purchasers to participate in the Canton Fair, covering more than 50,000 people; through platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Google and BSR official website, a total of 68 Canton Fair-related articles and videos were released, covering a total of more than 1.8 million people, and the number of post interactions reached 250,000, and a total of 300 purchasers who had in-depth exchanges and participated in the Canton Fair. 81 overseas purchasers and 30 domestic purchasers were invited to participate in the Trade Bridge, Canton Fair and GCC countries economic and trade matchmaking activities, and assisted in matching needs and following up. During the 136th Canton Fair, more than 100 overseas purchasers were served, and more than 60 Canton Fair exhibitors were connected. Cooperation negotiations were carried out at the offline Trade Bridge point, and foreign businessmen were brought to the booth to communicate, select products and visit the factory to facilitate transactions. The summary and exchange meeting held by the Canton Fair not only provided an important communication platform for all parties, but also created opportunities for mutual learning and reference among partners.
Regarding the work plan for 2025, Guo Xihong said with full confidence that under the guidance of the “Trade Bridge” work rules, BSR will continue to expand channels and invite more overseas and domestic purchasers to participate in the offline Canton Fair and online “Trade Bridge” activities; in addition to the Canton Fair period, continuously publicize the “Trade Bridge” activities to help purchasers quickly and accurately match high-quality suppliers of the Canton Fair. It will also increase the intensity of offline recommendation meetings, invite and arrange the Saudi Investment Ministry, PIF, Jubail and Yanbu Royal Commission, Aviation Administration and Special Economic Zone Administration to visit the Canton Fair to promote higher and deeper strategic cooperation. In addition, BSR will also accelerate the construction of overseas warehouses and further improve the landing of the Canton Fair “Trade Bridge” display, sales and supply and procurement matching service centers in Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Nigeria, Egypt, Tanzania, Kazakhstan and other countries to help some Canton Fair exhibitors’ overseas market needs.

Guo Xihong also said that at the same time in the afternoon of that day, HC Navigator Enterprise Going Global – 2025 China Enterprise Foreign Trade Business Development and Innovation Summit was also being held in Panyu Aoyuan Golf Hotel. There were 285 enterprises that wanted to go global at the scene. Digital Silk Road helped enterprises stabilize orders and expand the market through multiple channels and jointly diagnosed and built independent stations and overseas advertising operation conversion schemes for enterprises going global with social platforms such as Google/FB.
At the end of the activity, Zhang Sihong, Deputy Secretary-General of the Canton Fair and Deputy Director of the Foreign Trade Centre, delivered a summary speech and put forward the cooperation expectations and requirements for 2025. He pointed out that in 2025, it is necessary to continue to implement the spirit of President Xi Jinping’s important congratulatory letter and Premier Li Qiang’s instructions and requirements and create a “never-ending” Canton Fair. The “Trade Bridge” supply and procurement matchmaking activity mainly needs to achieve three points: first, jointly empower purchasers and suppliers, improve the cooperation ecosystem and create more cooperation opportunities; second, improve the quality and quantity of foreign trade, focus on orders and increase the promotion of emerging markets and large purchasers; third, make the best use of each other’s strengths, revitalize resources, connect the advantages of domestic and foreign resources, fully collect procurement needs and improve the accuracy of trade needs. He expected that all partners present would give full play to their respective resource advantages and industry influence in the subsequent “Trade Bridge” trade promotion series activities and jointly promote the stability and quality improvement of foreign trade and achieve greater results.
This summary and exchange meeting provided a valuable communication platform for all participants of the “Trade Bridge” supply and procurement matchmaking activity of the Canton Fair. 2025年1月9日,中国对外贸易中心在广交会展馆举办了“贸易之桥”供采对接活动总结交流会,广州数字丝路信息技术有限公司(Build Silk Road,以下简称“BSR”)作为首批合作伙伴,受邀参加会议并与广交会正式续约,成为2025年度“贸易之桥”项目合作伙伴。 BSR数字丝路是慧聪集团孵化的“零差价”采购外综服数字平台,凭借30多年服务中国制造业资源和产业互联网平台经验积累,为全球买家提供中国制造“零加价”采购外综服务。自正式签约成为广交会合作伙伴以来,BSR通过多渠道推广宣传广交会和举办供采对接活动,取得了显著成效。
广交会创办于1957年,由商务部和广东省人民政府联合主办,中国对外贸易中心承办,是中国最大的综合性国际贸易盛会,一直以来都是连接国内外市场的重要平台。参展商可以通过广交会高效结识全球客户,采购商可以通过广交会找到可靠的贸易伙伴。“贸易之桥”合作伙伴计划是广交会推出的一项重要举措,旨在更好地发挥广交会作为贸易促进平台的作用,服务于全国外贸的保稳提质,支持地方开放和经济发展,并帮助企业抓住订单、拓展市场,贯彻落实习近平主席重要贺信精神、李强总理指示要求,打造“永不落幕”的广交会。各合作伙伴联合广交会通过“屏对屏”、“面对面”、“面对屏”、“先屏后面”等四种活动形式,举办了700余场“贸易之桥”贸促系列活动,为采购商搭建了重要的桥梁,活动取得积极成效,受到各方好评。在2024年度,BSR牵手“贸易之桥”,成为合作伙伴,并积极参与并承办了纺织服装、汽车零部件等专场活动。
活动现场,广交会副秘书长、外贸中心副主任苏斌发表讲话,他指出,广交会是中国对外开放的重要窗口和对外贸易的重要平台,第137届广交会将在题材结构、展商展品、配套活动、参会服务等方面进一步优化,广交会APP也将更加完善。他指出,APP高度契合移动互联时代特点,是广交会线上平台建设的重要里程碑,希望广大采购商下载使用,开展对接,实现贸易合作。
BSR专门成立广交会“贸易之桥”项目小组,认真做好分工,详细了解供需并进行全程服务。小组精心策划并实施了一系列面向“一带一路”国家市场的推广活动,通过组织线上供需对接会,重点展示了国内企业相关产品信息、渠道政策,加速中国产品走向海外市场,助力企业深入了解新兴市场需求与发展趋势。
合作代表发言环节,BSR作为积极参与贸易之桥的第一批合作机构,董事长郭喜鸿作为第一个机构代表发言表示:此次2025年度续约“贸易之桥”项目,是广交会、中国对外贸易中心及广大合作伙伴对BSR的肯定和鼓励。他表示,公司非常荣幸成为广交会“贸易之桥”第一批合作伙伴,正式签约成为合作伙伴以来:通过电话、邮件和宣传手册向会员或潜在采购商宣传和邀请参加广交会,覆盖5万多人;通过Facebook、Youtube、Google、BSR官网等平台共发布68篇广交会相关文章与视频,共计覆盖人数180余万人,帖子互动人数达25万人,深入交流并参与广交会的采购商共计 300 人。邀请81位海外采购商,30位国内采购商参与贸易之桥、广交会、海合会国家经贸对接活动,协助需求匹配并跟踪回访。在136届广交会期间,服务100多个海外采购商,对接60余家广交会参展商,在线下贸易之桥点进行合作洽谈,带外商到展位交流选品、验厂促成交易。广交会举办的总结交流会议不仅为各方提供了重要的交流平台,也为合作伙伴之间相互学习借鉴创造了机会。
对于2025年的工作计划,郭喜鸿满怀信心地表示,在“贸易之桥”工作开展规则指导下,BSR将继续拓宽渠道,邀请更多海外和国内采购商参加线下广交会和线上“贸易之桥”活动;除在广交会期间,持续宣传“贸易之桥”活动,帮助采购商快速精准地匹配广交会优质供应商。还将加大线下推荐会的力度,邀请并安排沙特投资部、PIF、朱拜勒和延布皇家委员会、航空管理局、经济特区管理局拜访参观广交会,促成更高更深层次的战略合作。此外,BSR还将加快海外仓的建设力度,进一步完善沙特、泰国、尼日利亚、埃及、坦桑尼亚、哈萨克斯坦等国的广交会“贸易之桥”展示展销供采匹配服务中心落地,助力部分广交会展商的出海需求。
郭喜鸿还表示,当天下午同一时间,慧聪领航企业出海——2025 中国企业外贸业务发展与创新峰会也正在番禺奥园高尔夫酒店举行中,现场参会有 285 家想出海的企业,数字丝路多渠道助力企业稳订单、拓市场,并联合 google/FB 等社交平台一起为出海企业诊断并搭建独立站、海外投流运营转化方案。 活动最后,广交会副秘书长、外贸中心副主任张思洪发表了会议总结讲话,并提出了 2025 年的合作期望与要求。
他指出,2025 年,要继续贯彻落实习近平主席重要贺信精神、李强总理指示要求,打造“永不落幕”的广交会,“贸易之桥”供采对接活动主要需实现三点:一是共同为采购商和供应商赋能,完善合作生态圈,创造更多合作机会;二是为外贸提质增量,以订单为目的,加大对新兴市场和大采购商的推动力度;三是各司所长,盘活资源,联通中外资源优势,充分收集采购需求,提高贸易需求精准度。他期待在座的各位合作伙伴在后续的“贸易之桥”贸促系列活动中充分发挥各自的资源优势及行业影响力,共同促进外贸保稳提质,取得更大成效。
