On July 10, local time, China Construction and Saudi Arabia EL-SEIF Consortium held a grand signing ceremony for King Salman Knowledge Zone Project with Saudi Arabia Dera’iyyemen Co. in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. Mr. Wang Shaofeng, General Manager of China Construction International and Chairman of China Construction Middle East Company, Mr. Wei Chuanhai, Deputy General Manager of China Construction Middle East Company and General Manager of China Construction Saudi Arabia Branch, and Mr. Wang Zhua, General Manager of China Construction International West Asia Company and Executive General Manager of China Construction Saudi Arabia Branch, attended the signing ceremony.
King Salman Knowledge Zone project is located in the western Deiraiyeh area of Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, and is a major project under the Saudi government’s “Vision 2030” to further enhance the level of education, culture and tourism in the capital city of Riyadh.
The project has a construction area of about 340,000 square meters, including King Salman University, Capella Hotel, Saudi Royal Museum, Salman Library, Research Institute, Cultural Plaza and other landmark cultural buildings.
