Noon is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the Middle East, invested and founded by Emirati billionaire Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, known as “the first e-commerce platform in the Arab region”, covering the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, and its largest market is in Saudi Arabia.
Advantages of the Noon platform
- Simple operation and easier to use: Noon’s background interface is simple, easy to understand and easy to operate, with only 6 interfaces, and the return and exchange processing is also relatively simple. Compared to Amazon, it is quite merchant-friendly.
- The sales data is not displayed: the sales volume can not be seen on the platform homepage of Noon, and customer evaluations are rarely seen. This mechanism not only protects consumer data, but also gives small and medium-sized sellers more opportunities, and really good products can be reflected through rankings. Doing a good job in the product itself is the foundation, and paying attention to product quality is the magic weapon to win.
- The platform supports co-selling: For the same SKU products with considerable sales, multiple sellers can follow the sale at the same time. The more SKUs a store has, the higher the traffic it gets. Therefore, long-term continuous product launch is very important for store traffic.
- Convenient logistics and warehousing: Noon has piloted the “noon in minutes” program in the Downtown Dubai area, and the goods are delivered in less than 15 minutes from order to delivery. The program was then expanded to other parts of Dubai, as well as Riyadh in Saudi Arabia and Cairo in Egypt.
Noon is also making repeat purchases on Noon by setting up lockers throughout Saudi Arabia and the UAE to enable consumers to have a more convenient and comfortable delivery experience on the platform.
In April 2023, the Noon platform also opened its largest warehouse space in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of its expanding logistics and fulfillment network in Saudi Arabia.
Spanning more than 45,000 square meters, the new “Customer Fulfillment Center” will be able to quickly deliver products to millions of customers across Saudi Arabia. Noon’s logistics and fulfillment network in Saudi Arabia has grown to more than 270,000 square meters, including CFCs, last-mile hubs, and many gateway hubs.
Noon’s entry conditions and information
