Adel District is poised to become the next housing and investment destination, with easy access to essential service centres and amenities.
Designed by Adel Real Estate, Adel is a plot-based urban development that will include five residential blocks with a capacity of approximately 50,000 people.
It has been expanded into a full range of facilities including: residential towers, office space, mosques, shopping malls and retail centers, health centres, educational and recreational facilities, creativity and innovation incubators, green spaces (Adel Park)
Major infrastructure and public works are 100% complete according to the latest approved sustainability standards, with water, electricity, lighting, roads, telephones, stormwater drainage and sewerage networks in place.
One of the main features of the Adel district is the “West Boulevard”, which provides investors with an avenue to build a business community.
The space will be the cornerstone of the area and will support the development of its market, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes.
To ensure people’s well-being and quality of life, and in response to the Saudi Green Initiative, the company has planted 13,000 trees locally for environmental sustainability.
